If you would like to request an appointment, please fill out the contract form with your name and phone number and the type of appointment you would like to book.  Appointment requests can also be made by texting 847.609.2747

Appointment policy-

If changes need to be made to an appointment please do so with at least 48 hours notice. This allows me time to try and fill your spot with another appointment. (The more notice the better) 

If an appointment is canceled with less then 24 hours notice a $50 cancellation fee with be implemented to rebook your service.
